Underwriter Tasks:

• Conduct day to day departmental functions to make quick decisions and generate originations based on credit applications, credit bureau reports, lease structures and verification results.
• Utilize various web based services to verify phone numbers, employment and residence of potential customers.
• Work with Microsoft Office, Windows and proprietary company software (will train).
• Demonstrate a patient and courteous attitude to dealers and applicants.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry related experience.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Exceptional telephone skills and basic computer knowledge including data entry is preferred.
• Car dealership sales and/or finance experience a plus.
• Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment.
• Bi-lingual ability is a plus.

Compliance Department Tasks:

• Monitor customer payment histories to ensure contract compliance.
• Manage portfolio delinquency to within acceptable margins in accordance to departmental benchmarks.
• Maintain constant daily call volume in accordance to departmental benchmarks.
• Confirm payment reminder systems are functioning properly.
• Verify adequate insurance is in place on all customer vehicles.
• Work with credit challenged customers to assist them in meeting their contractual obligations.

Qualifications Required:

• High School Diploma is required, Associates of Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
• Bi-lingual ability is a plus..
• One year of collections and/or customer service background.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Stable and solid job history.
• Ability to work independently in a goal oriented environment.
• Working knowledge and understanding of automobile finance is a plus.
• Pleasant and courteous phone manner.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Customer Service Tasks:

• Field calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues.
• Accurately processing credit/debit card payments for customers.
• Assisting customers in the proper operation of elctronic payment reminders.
• Assisting customers with warranty claims.

Qualifications Required:

• High School Diploma is required, Associates of Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
• Bi-lingual ability is a plus.
• Must be multi-task oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge with data entry.
• Must be punctual with a dependable work history.
• Previous customer service / call center experience.

Field Sales Representative Tasks:

• Identify the dealers within the assigned Sales Territory that are particularly effective in pursuing the sub-prime market.

• Develop the assigned Sales Territory by soliciting and adding dealerships that are the “best fit” amongst the effective sub-prime dealerships.

• Provide Auto Trakk Program training for all dealership personnel, including Sales people, the appropriate F&I personnel, technical staff, and office/accounting personnel.

• Provide service and support to dealership base to assure that the Auto Trakk Program is used effectively, frequently, and profitably by dealers.

• Maintain the appropriate dealer relationships with the dealership base.

Qualifications Required:

• 3-5 Years F&I Automobile dealership experience running an effective sub-prime program (preferred).

• 3-5 years experience as a sub-prime automobile finance company representative to dealers.

• Proven track record of developing and maintaining a sales territory.

• Willingness to travel extensively and continuously throughout the sales territory.
